The next problem is deciding where to store shoes. Everyone seems to think the shoes should be kept in the bedroom. This is fine if you have plenty of space. However, another place is the dining room next to the door or a room near the back door, depending on which door you use most to go out and get into your home. Many people throw their shoes as they enter the house, so this really makes sense. Why not put your shoes as you are leaving the house. Only a small margin ', make sure you have a bench or a chair near the area so that you can sit and put shoes. Hall Cabinets are generally not as blocked as bedroom closets, so you might have some more space on shelves or on floor.
The last thing to remember is to not put wet shoes away. Shoes should be clean and dry before being put back in their box.
