Getting fit without the high expense of gym membership or fancy home exercise equipment

I have never in my life spent a lot of money trying to loose weight. I live in a small town so we do not have a gym so moreless it is up to you to loose the weight and to stay in shape.When you beging to see that even your house work around the house can contribute to weight loss you will want to be cleaning all the time. If you mom or sweep your floor you are buring calories. You could loose at least sixty calories by mopping the floor. If you have a little room in your living room you could do some stretches or even do a few moves from your favorite exercise video. Most videos you see require you to use weights and if you think this is a problem with your budget just save a few 1 litre pop bottles and fill them with sand or something with the same density. If you look around you I am sure you will see something you can do. If you have a pair of sneakers you can easily get ready and take a nice brisk walk there is nothing better than walking for staying in shape. Even in the winter instead of getting your husband to do the shoveling you could contribue to this as well and as long as you use your legs instead of yoou back to lift the snow this could just burn those calories right up. As you see there are so many things you can do to just help your diet or to maintain your weight, Good luck!
